By accessing or using SnapList ("the Service"), provided by SnapList Team, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
SnapList is an AI-powered productivity tool designed for online resellers. Features include but are not limited to AI item identification, price estimation, stock image retrieval, and automated listing synchronization with third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Vinted).
You acknowledge that using automation tools may be subject to the Terms of Service of the respective marketplaces. You are solely responsible for maintaining compliance with third-party rules. SnapList is not liable for any account restrictions, suspensions, bans, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms.
AI-generated titles, descriptions, and price estimates are provided "as-is" for convenience. Accuracy is not guaranteed. You must manually verify all listing details before publishing. SnapList is not responsible for financial losses resulting from incorrect pricing or misidentified items.
By connecting your accounts, you explicitly authorize SnapList to act as your agent to perform actions (e.g., uploading photos, creating drafts) on your behalf. Automation is initiated by your direct action. You are responsible for all activity performed via your connected accounts.
Subscriptions (Pro/Ultra) are billed monthly via Stripe. Credits represent a limited license to access specific AI features and have no cash value. All sales are final. Refunds are at the sole discretion of SnapList.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPLIST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including account information (name, email), service data (encrypted session tokens), content (photos), and usage metadata.
We use the collected data to provide and maintain the Service, performed AI analysis, facilitate automated uploads, and improve our AI models and user experience.
All third-party session tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Uploaded images are stored in secure buckets and processed via secure AI APIs. We do not store plain-text passwords.
We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. You may request account deletion at any time via the Account settings.
